Got the Blues
Done right, blue hues can look sensational on any skin tone! This season, we’re thinking the bolder the better, so ditch that neutral eye shadow and replace it with a fantastically brilliant blue. Sweep the color onto your eyelids, lightly blending up to the crease. Then use the tip of the brush to line your lower lashes with the same color. Pump Up the Volume
In the ’80s, the bigger the hair the better! We still love the look of a full, voluminous mane, but without the over-teased perm and tacky hairspray.
