Celebrity Makeover Contest—3 Days of Fashion

Victoria Beckham has always been a fashion icon to me. My friends and I would sneak into our moms’ closets to try on their high heels and dresses so we could be just like the Spice Girls. Ever since then I have always admired Victoria and her impeccable fashion sense, so when I learned about this contest I was so excited I could not stop smiling!

I immediately started to search the web for Victoria’s signature looks. She’s all about sophistication and poise, but she also doesn’t care what others think about her. As soon as I finished my research, I headed to my best friend Maria’s house to inform her. She was just as excited as I was and asked me if she could be my model before I could even ask her.

As I rummaged through Maria’s closet I found a dress that resembles Victoria’s exquisite style. I knew that the dress was lacking some color so I looked for a skinny white belt. The only things missing now were some extravagant shoes and accessories. Off to my closet we went and I found the perfect black and white shoes that screamed “Victoria Beckham!” While I was doing my research I learned that Victoria wears a lot of big rings, so I grabbed the biggest rings I own and started styling Maria from head to toe.

I knew Maria would not go for cutting her hair short so I faked the look of a short, curly bob with some bobby pins. A few hours later I could not believe my eyes as I saw Maria transformed into Victoria. The makeover gave Maria so much confidence that she was already striking poses before I could get my camera out!
