What High School do you go to and what grade will you be in the Fall?
I go to Charter Oak High School in Covina, California and I will be a senior this fall.

Describe your social group and what you like to do for fun.
My social group consists of many different people with many different tastes, but somehow we are all able to get along really well.

One thing we do share that is the same is our senses of humor and what we like to do for fun. We all love to go shopping, go to concerts, go bowling, eat out, watch movies, etc. A majority of my closest friends are in the drama dept. at our school; it's a lot of fun putting on plays and going to plays as well.

What do you want to do when you "grow up"?
I can't tell you what I specifically want to do when I grow up, but I can tell you that it must involve communication of some sort. I love learning, teaching, helping, and talking to others. I also love putting things together (whether it be decorating or putting together an outfit). I would also love to do photography of some sort on the side. There's so much out there to do!

What trends for fall are you most excited about wearing and why, and which trends will you avoid and why?
For fall, I'm definitely excited to show off my vintage dresses. Wearing dresses that your mom might have worn back then and adding your own modern twist to it is just so much fun! I haven't seen many girls doing that yet, so hopefully I'll be able to start a trend rather then follow one. I also love topping t-shirts and dresses with men’s formal vests.

It's cool to add pins of my favorite bands or brooches on the front to make them more modern. I plan to avoid shirts that say things like, "I LOVE MY BOYFRIEND."

If you could afford to dress in any designer, which one would it be and why?
I would have to say Marc Jacobs because his designs are fun and eclectic. I also like his color usage because the clothes and shoes he designs contain vibrant colors.

Most of his clothes seem to be inspired by fashions from the past, which is something I also admire. If I could afford it, I would probably buy jewelry and accessories from Chanel because its designs have a classic and timeless look to them.

Describe style in Covina.
Well, in my high school there are many different varieties of style. What teens listen to in my school usually affects their style. For example: For those fans of Jay-Z and 50 Cent... Phat Farm, G-Unit, and Baby Phat. For those fans of bands like Fall Out Boy and Panic At the Disco!... You'd usually see these teens wearing clothes from Hollister, PacSun, and Forever 21. Lastly, for fans of indie bands such as Eisley, Copeland, and Small Sins, fans like me... Vintage stores, thrift stores, and other random places are a must.
