The Challenge: Design a Garment
With Denim

Imagine you are on a fashion reality TV show and the challenge is to design a garment made with denim. (Any non-denim fabric in your design can only be used as trim or embellishment.) The catch is that the garment can not be jeans!

Write a 200-400 word essay describing the garment you would design. Be sure to include descriptions of embellishments, stitching details, washes, distressing, color, silhouette, pockets, etc.

Entries will be judged based on knowledge of current fashion trends, creativity, spelling, grammar, and adherence to contest rules.
